Eligibility for Exchange

We accept exchanges only for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect size

  • Defective or damaged item

  • Wrong item sent

Please note: We do not offer refunds unless under exceptional circumstances.

Exchange Conditions

  1. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with original tags intact.

  3. Price different and shipping costs for exchanges are to be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or sent in error.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email us at sharaothmanofficial@gmail.com or message us via WhatsApp with the following details:

    • Full name

    • Order number

    • Reason for exchange

    • Photo(s) of the item (if applicable)

  2. Once approved, we will provide the return address.

  3. After we receive and inspect the item, the exchange will be processed within 3–5 working days.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Sale or final clearance items

  • Pre-order or custom items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
