We accept exchanges only for the following reasons:

Exchange Conditions

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with original tags intact.

Price different and shipping costs for exchanges are to be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or sent in error.

Once approved, we will provide the return address.

After we receive and inspect the item, the exchange will be processed within 3–5 working days.
